What We Do
Meet Justin Grayson, an award-winning public relations and communications expert who has established a national reputation for his crisis management skills, marketing prowess, and ability to shape an organization's public perception.
With a degree in Journalism from Florida A&M University, Justin started his media career as a producer at ABC News Washington, working on some of the network's most high-profile news broadcasts, including World News Tonight and Nightline.
Since then, Justin has spent over a decade as a leader in the field of public school communications, successfully navigating communications challenges in some of California's largest and most diverse school districts, including Long Beach, Fresno, and Riverside Unified. He has also served as a Public Relations manager in Worldwide Communications at Amazon, where he helped guide the company's communications strategies during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Justin's accomplishments have been recognized with numerous awards, including the 2018 School District Administrator of the Year by ACSA Region 19, the 2018 Classified Leader of the Year by the Riverside Assoc. of School Managers, and multiple national awards from the National School PR Association (NSPRA).
As a specialist in crisis management, social media, speechwriting, public speaking, program/organizational improvement, branding and corporate identity, graphic design, logo design, and video editing, Justin has honed a versatile skill set that enables him to tackle any communications challenge with confidence.
Outside of work, Justin enjoys traveling, exploring new places, snowboarding and finding new ways to change the world for the better.
Justin’s professional specialties include: crisis management, social media, speechwriting, public speaking, program / organizational improvement, branding and corporate identity, graphic design, logo design, and video editing.
