What We Do
Justin Grayson is an award-winning, public relations and communications leader with a national reputation in navigating organizations out of crisis, successfully executing marketing and branding campaigns, and positively shaping an organization's public perception.
Justin has a degree in Journalism from Florida A&M University, and began his media career as a producer at ABC News Washington, working on all of ABC’s national news broadcasts, including World News Tonight and Nightline.
Justin currently serves as a leader in the field of public school communications. In six years, and having worked in both Fresno and Riverside Unified School Districts in California, Justin has received numerous awards such as:
2018 School District Administrator of the Year by ACSA Region 19
2018 Classified Leader of the Year by the Riverside Assoc. of School Managers
National finalist for PR News’ Non-Profit Awards
8x winner of National School PR Association (NSPRA) awards
Justin’s professional specialties include: crisis management, social media, speechwriting, public speaking, program/organizational improvement, branding and corporate identity, graphic design, logo design, and video editing.
Live events are vital when it comes to your district’s transparency. Your constituents should be able to visit school events, and your stakeholders should be able to hear from leaders in person.
Newsletters and Flyers
Well-designed flyers, newsletters and marketing materials help your district stand out from the crowd and leave the right impression.
& Media Relations
No one wants to be in a situation where crisis communications are necessary, but it’s better to be prepared for the unknown, than unprepared for what you know could happen! Let’s get it right the first time - there are no second chances!
Engagement and Strategy
